Spinach and Other Dark Leafy Greens

For a quick and sustained mood-boost, I enjoy some dark leafy greens such as kale, spinach, collard greens. They are loaded with all kinds of nutrients that are beneficial to a healthy mood. This includes magnesium, which is important for reducing anxiety. They are also rich in B vitamins, which are crucial for mood health.

Vitamin C Rich Foods

Peppers, kiwis, strawberries, oranges, papaya, broccoli, and tomatoes are some of the highest Vitamin C foods there are. Vitamin C is essential for our body to produce dopamine, noradrenaline, and serotonin, the neurotransmitters that are linked to feelings of well-being and stabilizing our mood.
